THEIC is a fine white solid that is easily soluble in water, alcohol and other organic solvents. THEIC is very stable and is a highly reactive triol. It also produces stable compounds. THEIC has many superior characteristics including: increased heat resistance, increased hardness, higher adhesiveness, improved dispersion of dyes in resins in addition to increased weatherproofing and chemical resistance.
Ethyl Acetate
Ethyl Acetate is used as a solvent in coatings, plastics, and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, it is used in inks, varnishes, lacquers, and flexible packaging.
Hydroxy monomer : HEMA
Typical applications include: light curing polymer systems and high performance coatings for high gloss retention that will enhance weathering ability and scratching properties.Other applications include: paints, photosensitive resins, contact lenses, adhesives, printing inks, and multiple binders. HEMA has an excellent performance as an adhesion promoter for metal coatings.
